"""Dolfans want General Manager Jeff Ireland fired. They do not want Ireland making the decisions on how to spend the free-agency money that they have this off-season, plus they do not want him running their draft."""
If ya read the Sun Sentinel columns and the posts underneath them there are a 30 to 45% groupof Ireland apologists/supporters out there. I don't support Ireland by any means he's hit a few decent 2 and 3 baggers but he's short on imagination and creativity. C Wake was a home run even I'll admit that but not getting a WR last off-season is a solid FAIL! It's unconscionable by my book. He could have and should have done SOMETHING to fix the hole left by the traded Marshall. He did NOTHING. Naane is = to nothing!

"""In 2012 Ireland drafted Ryan Tannehill with the #8 overall pick. I felt that the roster had (has) so many holes that Ireland needed to trade down to add extra assets, and if he had to he could land Tanny later in the draft (NFL GM’s were not clamouring to draft Tannehill. All due respect to the young man, but he was never the #8 pick in that draft."""
I love that paragraph. I like Tannehill simply because I have hope. I know hope is a dangerous thing or so I've been told. I guess he'll get at least one year with some better receivers and perhaps a better line to aid him in his improvement. A better run game will augment his QB rating a lil' bit; wouldn't hurt. I really hope he does improve. But for him to improve the accuracy needs a lot of work. Confidence is very important in that department. I think he needs to gain some forgetfulness b/c after he threw a pic he would be way too overcautious and THEN his game suffered. GO MIAMI!
